How to use:              

 1.Apply your nail with a no wipe top coat (Do NOT cure with UV/LED lamp)
 2.Apply powder on your nails, use a brush to dust of the excess powder on the nail.
 3.Cure with UV/LED lamp (In order a better effect, do not need to apply top coat)
